MAINTENANCE SERVICES
The Maintenance Office is located at 15 Bicknell Street and is open for business Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.  Residents may report maintenance issues 24 hours a day by calling 617-773-6863, or by requesting service in person at the maintenance service window during normal business hours.  Please note:  Calls received outside of normal business hours will be handled on an emergency basis only.
 
The warehouse is open for resident purchases between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm.  Residents wishing to purchase items may do so at the maintenance service window.

TENANT SERVICES
The Tenant Services Department is responsible for ensuring accurate and prompt rent calculations, collection of rent, community relations and lease enforcement. 

All changes in family composition, increases in household or family income and changes in household circumstances on which a deduction in rent is based, must be reported in writing to the Authority within 10 (ten) days of the occurrence.  If a tenant fails to timely report such changes, the tenant may be assessed a back charge, and the tenant's lease may be terminated.  All changes should be reported in writing to Michelle Calvert, Occupancy Specialist or Lien Nguyen, Occupancy Specialist.  Their office is located at the main office, 80 Clay Street.  Please see our Staff Members page for contact information.

Property Managers are responsible for lease enforcement, community relations and rent collections.  Your Property Manager is there to assist you with any occupancy questions or concerns you have.  The Property Manager will also discuss rent payments, parking, trash collection and any other concerns regarding your tenancy.  For the name and contact information of the property manager, please see the description of the individual property in our Properties Section.
