Completed in 1980, Drohan Apartments is a 3 story elevatored building located at 170 Copeland Street in West Quincy. The property consists of 40 one bedroom units, 10 of which are wheelchair accessible. Rent is set at 30% of income, and includes all utilities.
The Authority will be repaving the parking lot using funds obtained through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
