Pagnano Towers
Completed in 1971, Pagnano Towers is a 14 story elevatored building located at 109 Curtis Avenue in Quincy Point. The property consists of 156 one bedroom units, four of which are wheelchair accessible. Rent is set at 30% of income, and includes all utilities.
The Modernization Department recently finished upgrading the fire alarm system. We will be utilizing funds from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act to replace the patio doors for both energy efficiency and to provide more natural light to the units.
