Riverview
Completed in 1952, Riverview consists of 180 units of family housing located in the Germantown section of Quincy. The property consists of one, two, three and four bedroom units. There are four one bedroom units and five two bedroom units which are wheelchair accessible. Rent is set at 30% of income, and includes all utilities.
The Modernization Department is nearing completion of a multimillion dollar project to replace the exterior siding as well as roofs, doors and chimneys.
