Family Public Housing
The Quincy Housing Authority owns and manages 619 family public housing units. 580 of these units are in the Germantown section of Quincy, and consist of both state and federally funded housing. The family waiting list for 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units is open at this time. You may download an application from this website, or come into the office during regular business hours to file an application to be placed on the waiting list. There are currently 488 families on the waiting list. Elderly/Disabled Public Housing
The Quincy Housing Authority owns and manages 940 elderly/disabled public housing units. These units are scattered throughout the city of Quincy in both highrise buildings, and garden style housing. You may visit our "Properties" page for further details on our individual developments. An applicant may apply for elderly/disabled housing at any time.
